1		Cake mix
2	lb	Riccotta cheese
2		Eggs
1	ts	Vanilla
3/4	c	Sugar
1	pk	Instant pudding
1	c	Milk
1		Sm. container Cool Whip

Make any cake mix according to directions & put into a 9x13-inch pan. Set aside. Mix ricotta cheese, eggs, vanilla, & sugar. Spread this mixture on top of cake mix & bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Mix package of pudding, milk & Cool Whip together & spread on top of cool cake. ENJOY!!!
